Blaggards are one of the first independent artists to have a profile on Ping – Apple’s new social network built into iTunes.

We just got this set up yesterday evening, and it’s pretty fun. Basically, you can hang out with us there and talk about music (You’ll need to have iTunes 10 installed). See you there!

July 31st at the Continental Club in Houston, not only will we be celebrating the release of Live in Texas (now available on iTunes), original Blaggard TURI HOISETH is flying in from San Francisco to play the whole show with us. ONE night only! Don’t miss it!

For those of you who weren’t there (or were too drunk to remember), Turi was a founding member of Blaggards and is the fiddler on our first CD, Standards.
