It’s official, the live album is finished and has entered print production. We’ll post an ETA soon.

Meanwhile, we’re having a killer time out here on the road! Our night at the Rochester Jazz Festival was amazing. Terrific, standing-room only audiences for both of our sets at the Abilene’s huge festival tent. We’ve played lots of festivals in our day, but we’ve never seen anything like that before.

“Flogging Molly with six-shooters and a bottle,” says Frank De Blase of the Rochester City Newspaper. Cheers, Frank!

Also had a GREAT time playing at the Sportsmen’s Tavern in Buffalo, where we met the coolest bunch of people (and ate the greatest food). Can’t wait to get back up and play there again.

And oh yes, we WILL go back to Rockville. Thursday we return to the one and only ROCKville, Maryland, to play Concert in the Square, 6 PM.

It’s a busy week! This weekend we’ll be traveling up to New York State for the Rochester Jazz Festival and a show at Sportmen’s Tavern in Buffalo. We’ll be posting lots of updates from the road, so keep checking in.

And before we leave town, at long last, we will be sending the live album off to the presses. We’ll confirm that here as soon as it happens.

Our audiences in College Station and Austin this past weekend were astounding, by the way. Everyone of you who came out those two nights: good job. RESPECT!
