Blaggards @ The Continental Club this Wednesday, September 26, w/ The Spoiled Royals, Texas Sapphires and Wicked Witch!

“Wicked Wednesdays” is going to be a crazy variety show every Wednesday night in October at the Continental Club in Houston, Texas. The host, Eric Tucker, (original Road King and long time Jesse Dayton drummer) thought it would be fun to put together a show consisting of four bands a night with a sexy burlesque show between set changes. Here’s how it works. Each band gets 6 songs (about 25 minutes) with a little strip tease between bands. The entire show only lasts two hours, it’s not a huge commitment. I have a very eclectic line-up of bands and a few surprises in store for all who dare to inquire. The show starts at 9:30 p.m. and goes until 11:30. So all of you who have to get up early Thursday morning, you’ll be in bed by midnight. Its’ early and easy.

Can’t believe the turnout last Friday in Houston. We’ve been away TOO long and it was a THRILL to see our old mates (and new) @ the Continental Club.

CHRIS BUCKLEY (the new Blaggard) is a monster! Thank you for making his debut unforgettable. His mind is blown and he loves Houston now!

Trey Clark is, hands down, the best Texas-Rock act around. Mike, Russ, Berkley and Ron have brought this band to an all-time high, and they ripped it up Friday night. GO SEE THEM! (Cheers Trey)
