This Saturday, June 8, the Ireland & USA rugby teams will be facing each other right here in Houston… with Blaggards!

Blaggards will perform as part of the Official Rugby Fan Fest that starts at 3 PM, and also at the Official After Party at Warehouse Live that starts at 9 PM. Both events are ALL AGES.

The Rugby Fan Fest will take place outside the southwest gate of BBVA Compass Stadium, adjacent to Lucky’s Pub on Rusk at St. Emanuel. The Fan Fest is free to the public.

The Official After Party will be right next door at Warehouse Live, where Blaggards will play again and fans will have a chance to meet and mingle with the rugby players. The after party is free with a game ticket.

Tickets are available online. Kick off is at 7:30 PM.

Big news: two of our songs, “Drunken Sailor” and “Big Strong Man”, will appear on the CBS series The Good Wife this Sunday, March 24, 8 PM Central.

Both songs will appear in the background of a scene at a bar. So when you see the booze, turn it up. Easy!

CBS contacted us about this last week, and the details were finalized only a couple hours ago today. Needless to say, we are over the moon.
