We are THRILLED to announce that we have a new original instrumental piece appearing in the upcoming New Line Cinema film How To Be Single, starring Dakota Johnson, Rebel Wilson, Alison Brie, Leslie Mann and Damon Wayans, Jr., and directed by Christian Ditter. The movie comes out on February 12 (watch the trailer).

The instrumental “Kerfuffleful” was written and recorded last November with our friend Jeff Duncan on fiddle at Joe Omelchuck’s RBI Recording here in Houston. It will appear in the background of a scene that takes place, naturally, in a pub on Saint Patrick’s Day.

Many thanks to Jeff and Joe for making this track sound great and helping us meet our deadline, and especially to Whitney and Season at Full Pursuit Media for reaching out to us and making this happen!

We’re heading back to Ireland this Fall, October 28-November 6! We’ll have a generous amount of time in Dublin this time—four nights total—along with two nights in Cork, one night in Killarney and one night in Galway. As always we’ll be playing several shows along the way, and we’re thrilled to announce that our old friend Jeff Duncan will be joining us on fiddle:
